The following Documents Apply to All Properties:

• Residential Lease
• Addendum to the lease – Unless there is a property-specific one listed in the next section.
• Virginia Statement of Tenant Rights and Responsibilities
• Move-In Inspection and Information
• Move-Out Addendum
• Smoke Detector Certification Form – Landlord and Tenant Responsibilities

The following documents only apply to specific properties OR situations:

• IF the property was built prior to 1978 – Lead-Based Paint Disclosure & Pamphlet – Protect your family from lead in your home.
• IF Property Allows Pets – Pet Addendum
• IF Assistance Animal is Applicable – Assistance Animal Addendum
• Addendum for Prince George Commons Townhomes
• Addendum for Partridge Court Duplexes
• Addendum for “Curtin” Properties
